5. Returns & Refunds

For damaged or faulty items, customers must provide photos of the damaged parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt.
Contact us within 48 hours with these photos to help us make a claim with the delivery company.
SapGlow is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged once dispatched.
