We know how exciting it is to receive your beauty goodies fast — that’s why we dispatch all orders the same or next working day.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days
Delivery available across the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order is on the way
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight
Every order includes a small gift – our way of saying thank you for shopping with us!
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love everything you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You’re welcome to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:
Products must be in original condition
Items must be unopened, unused, and unwrapped (if sealed in plastic or hygiene packaging)
Packaging must be intact and undamaged
Returns are not accepted if you’ve simply changed your mind after receiving your order.
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for unwanted items that have been delivered correctly and meet the product description.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged Parcels or Products
If your parcel or any item inside arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry – we’ll do our best to make it right.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, we kindly ask you to:
Take clear photos of the parcel as it was delivered (including any visible damage to the packaging)
Take close-up photos of the damaged item(s)
Send these photos to us at (emeilas) within 48 hours of delivery
This step is essential so that we can submit a claim with the delivery company. Without photographic evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
